Vivistand Desk Warranty
Every Vivistand Desk is covered by ViviQuest’s limited warranty.

What is Covered?

  • Vivistand Quattro Desks: Our quality four legged Quattro sit stand desks are made from high quality components and are covered for 10 years. We cover all defects or malfunctions in the desk frame, motor, controller, electronics, and mechanisms.
  • Vivistand Duo Desks: Our quality two legged Duo sit stand desks are made from high quality components and are covered for 10 years. We cover all defects or malfunctions in the desk frame, motor, controller, electronics, and mechanisms.
  • Vivistand Accessories: Any official Vivistand accessory we sell is covered by a 2 year warranty and warranties that the accessories will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship.

What is Not Covered?
ViviQuest’s product warrantydoes not cover damage or problems caused by misuse, abuse, improper setup, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, water damage, or force majeure. Wood products require basic maintenance to help maintain appearance.

This warranty does not cover consequential damages such as the cost of repairing or replacing other property damaged in the event of our product malfunctioning, nor does it cover incidental loss of time or loss of use except where such limitations are not allowed by your state’s laws.

Free shipping of replacement parts may not apply for shipments outside of the United States.

The nature of some materials used in our desks such as wood desk tops can result in imperfections that occur naturally. Such imperfections as well as wear and age that will eventually show with use are not covered.

ViviQuest’s Responsibilities

In the rare event that something goes wrong with your ViviStand desk or accessory, contact us through our website, email, or by phone. ViviQuest will replace products or parts at no cost to you. ViviQuest will ship any parts or products via standard ground service to the lower 48 United States for free. Customers may choose expedited shipping at their expense. Customers outside the lower 48 United States are responsible for shipping charges. This warranty only covers parts and does not cover any labor.

Product Registration
In order to be eligible for warranty coverage, you must register your product at https://www.vivistand.com/register. You will be required to provide proof of purchase. Your warranty coverage will begin from the date of purchase.

Return Policy

ViviQuest offers a hassle-free return process on its Vivistand Quattro and Vivistand Duo desks and frames. We are so confident that you will love our desks that we will allow you to return your desk for a full refund with no questions asked. Customized desks are not eligible for returns. This includes any tops with custom sizes, custom colors, or hard wood tops. For customized desks, you can return the desk base for a refund at the listed price of an equivalent frame at the time of purchase. Accessories purchased with the desk are subject to our non-desk return policy. Customers are responsible for shipping the returned products to the address provided with your RMA.

Non-Desk Item Return Policy

Non-desk items such as desk accessories, mats, chairs, etc. can be returned for a full refund if they have not been opened. Opened accessories are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for shipping the returned products to the address provided with your RMA.

Return Guidelines

  • Request an RMA within 30 days of purchase.
  • Do not ship any returns without your RMA number or they may be rejected.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping and returns must be shipped only to the address provided with your RMA.
  • Returns must be disassembled and returned in the same or similar packaging as they were received. Items returned with missing parts or in other packaging may be subject to additional fees.
  • Returns must be shipped with a service that provides tracking information. ViviQuest is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled anytime before the product is shipped without any cancellation fees with the exception of custom orders. If manufacturing for custom orders has not been started, custom orders may be cancelled without any fees as well. Items that have already shipped will be subject to our return policy.
